Scope Of Work
Tenant Representation contract. Scope of services included coordination between tenant, architect, landlord, general contractor, cabling, security, data center and furniture vendors on two full floors of demolition and tenant build out for the Colorado Secretary of State's office. The project involved construction management, scheduling, furniture, fixture and equipment installation coordination as well as move coordination. The build out included private offices, conference rooms, administrative support open office areas and a data center.
