Scope Of Work
A renovation of an existing home in Breckenridge, Colorado. The existing house was 1,500 square feet with new construction of 3,500 square feet resulting in a 5,000 square foot custom home, build on the side of a hill with panoramic views. The scope of work included foundation, framing, exterior trim, windows, doors, roofing, all interior finishes, complete electrical, heating and plumbing upgrades. The final design and construction resulted in six bedrooms, five baths, two kitchens, a heated garage and a heated driveway with extensive use of decks and a hot tub.
