Scope Of Work
Tenant Representation contract. Scope of services included coordination between tenant, architect, landlord, general contractor, cabling and furniture vendors on a full floor demolition and tenant build out for an internet technology firm. The project involved construction management, scheduling, furniture, fixture and equipment installation coordination as well as move coordination. The build out included private offices, conference rooms, showers, open office areas and a file server room.
