Engelke’s finances, accounting, risk controls, and contractual

professionalism, accountability, and reliability. While responsible
for the company vision, over the years, there is no aspect of the
business that he has not directed at one point or another. Eric also
maintains a role in business development and consistently has active
involvement in each and every project.
Eric is vital in promoting a collaborative work environment and his
philosophy of “being seen and not heard” in his actions. He believes
that this philosophy is paramount in the trust and relationships that
Engelke Construction Solutions builds. Adhering to this philosophy
daily with client and trade partners creates a positive construction
experience for everyone involved.
In addition to his daily business activity, Eric is extremely
passionate about giving back to his community and others. As a
founding board member of the H2O Foundation Inc., being active in his
hometown Parish, and coaching high school football locally, he enjoys
the consistent opportunity to give back his time, energy, and
resources for the common good.
