Inovateus Solar LLC

Lindsey began working full-time at Inovateus in 2013, but she has worked closely with the company since 2009. She oversees financial reporting, and manages both the administration and accounting teams. Lindsey monitors all cash flows for the company and provides human resource and personnel support. Before joining Inovateus, she worked at Kruggel, Lawton & Company for six years, where she provided assurance services for clients in various industries in the form of audits, reviews, and compilations. Lindsey also participated in financial reporting services as well as tax preparation and planning. She graduated from Purdue University (Indiana) in 2008 with a BS in management and a certificate of advanced accountancy. Lindsey earned her certified public accountant designation in 2010.

Mike joined Inovateus in March 2017 as the company’s chief revenue officer, responsible for strategically increasing the various revenue streams, before becoming CEO in December 2017. He has 15 years of experience in the power generation and electrical contracting industries and has a passion for the solar and renewables business. During his career, Mike has held executive and managerial positions at Manufacturing Technology Inc., General Sheet Metal, BladeRoom, Koontz-Wagner Holdings (where he was CEO), and other industrial, aerospace and medical equipment firms. He holds a bachelor of technology with honors degree in production engineering and management from Loughborough University, England, and is a chartered engineer and member of the Institute of Engineering Technology.

Mr. Kanczuzewski is a founding member, investor and Chairman of Inovateus Solar.  Driven by the company’s mission of “building a brilliant tomorrow”, T.J. has been instrumental in growing a world-class team that has successfully deployed 370 Megawatts of solar energy within the United States and abroad. Mr. Kanczuzewski has been honored with awards including “Forty under 40” and “Outstanding Young Business Leader” in Indiana and Michigan. As a solar energy veteran and entrepreneur, T.J. has presented in venues ranging from Universities, trade shows, corporate summits, The White House, podcasts, radio and TV. In 2017, T.J. launched his first book titled; Building A Brilliant Tomorrow, which focuses on the history of solar energy and how the energy revolution is changing the world we live in. Prior to his career at Inovateus Solar, TJ worked for General Growth Properties in Chicago, IL. He graduated from Columbia College in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management. TJ also enjoys exploring the world with his family, playing music and serving on the ownership teams and board of several other ventures including Logistick, Inc., Fernwood Botanical Gardens, the Nature Conservancy and the Mamoni100.

Danny joined the Inovateus team in November of 2018.  Danny’s career has  been focused on sales and sales management, primarily in the healthcare sector.  He joins the team after serving in roles as Director of Sales, Executive Director of Business Development and founder of a self-run medical device distributorship.  He has been named Biologics Rep of the Year as well as earned President’s Club honors in his sales and management career.  Danny’s role involves leadership of the company’s project revenue through the direct oversight of the business development managers and the project sales and development process.  Danny earned his B.A. from Holy Cross College in 2006.

Rex started with the company in 2012 working closely with project team members on quality and project closeout activities on a number of solar installations. Rex has over 28 years of experience in engineering/product development and plant management for various industries including the Recreational Vehicle and Plastics Industry. He also brings experience in Quality Management along with a background in Lean Manufacturing (5S, Value Stream Mapping, One-Piece Flow and the Elimination of Waste). Rex is responsible for overseeing Engineering, Quality, Health and Safety, and O&M. In addition, he heads all improvement projects aimed at office efficiency.

Nathan helms the research, development, and long-term vision which has steered the company to success in the dynamic solar industry. His foresight into and breadth of industry experience provides the platform for continued innovation to keep Inovateus on the cutting edge of the photovoltaic sector. An original founding employee, he has been with the Inovateus team since 2005. Nathan was the Director of Research at Inovateus Development for 3 years before transitioning to Inovateus Solar as its Senior Account Executive. He has managed solar installations throughout North America, working closely with building and land owners to manage the solar construction process. He is a founding member of the Indiana Renewable Energy Association, and is currently a board member at Indiana University South Bend for the Center for a Sustainable Future. Nathan earned his B.A. in Sociology from Oregon in 2003.
