Carmen Torsiello, president and owner of Torbilt, holds a Civil Engineering degree and has acquired over 30 years experience managing all types of construction projects and mastering the trades. His impressive career includes: management of large commercial building projects: inspections of major infrastructures; and residential contracting. It is this combination of knowledge, experience and commitment to excellence that have propelled Torbilt into one of the premier construction firms in the area.
