Arthur’s roots in construction date back into the 1930’s. His father was a “rod buster” who worked as a foreman on the Tobin Bridge, the Callahan Tunnel and the John Hancock building. From the ripe old age of 6, Arthur would sometimes accompany his father. That exposure to steel and construction, which began as an interest, eventually turned into a passion. Arthur also studied engineering in school and that broadened his knowledge. In 1987, Arthur opened a steel erection and fabrication business in Lynn called MCA Iron Works, followed by a steel brokerage business called #1 Steel Products in 2000…and this gave him the expertise to launch Build-Tech Developers. Today, Build-Tech Developers is known for competence, integrity and value in the areas of general contracting, construction management, and design/build.
