At first I didn't know that they did mold removal and had chosen another company, who decided they did NOT want the job!! Someone suggested Servpro, so I gave them a call. After speaking on the phone, they sent Andrew out to review the situation. I was quoted a terrific price and we made arrangements for the removal to take place. The day came and they were prompt and very nice. They explained exactly what was going to be done and about how long it would take. Along the way, they discovered more mold that could not be seen previously. They took care of everything. Basically they were wonderful. They answered questions and were courteous. If mold removal could be considered a good experience, then this was GREAT. I hope I don't ever gave mold again, but would call Servpro in a heartbeat. I will absolutely use them again for any type of work that falls into their expertise. Thank you Servpro!!
