A family owned, multi-generational full service commercial construction company, committed to integrity, collaboration, wisdom, quality, value, sustainability and safety. We specialize in all phases of commercialconstruction, from demolition of site to erection of custom designed steel buildings. Some projects include retaining walls, modular buildings, installation of wash bays, septic and drainage systems (commercial & residential).
The owner, Wayne DeRosa has 40 plus years’ experience in all phases of construction. He started as a union carpenter in his teens, working alongside his grandfather and father. In the late 70’s he partnered with a successful construction company before beginning New Tech.
