Scope Of Work
The Westwood High School project for Round Rock Independent School District is a true testament to Bartlett Cocke General Contractors’ ability to successfully phase large scale addition and renovation work on an occupied and active campus. The scope of work for this structure built in the early 1980’s included major MEP renovations, life safety and demolition work, as well as building additions. We installed a 23.5 kW solar array on top of the auxiliary gym along with a separate solar hot water system.
Bartlett Cocke General Contractors excelled at phasimg construction so as not to interrupt campus operations or student activities. We coordinated our work to meet the needs of the school during periods of time when state mandated testing was occurring, as well as other special events.
Designed by O’Connell Robertson, Westwood High School received TX-CHPS recognized accreditation.
Delivery Method: Construction Manager-at-Risk
