TT.J. Rogers began his commercial construction experience in 1985. His career at Bartlett Cocke General Contractors began in 2004 as a Senior Estimator and in 2008 was promoted to Vice President of Estimating. He is in charge of management and supervision of all estimating staff as well as oversight of all bids and estimating activities. With his organization and tenacity for detail, clients can expect thorough bids for their projects.

Kevin Byrd joined Bartlett Cocke General Contractors in 2003 as a Project Manager and has consistently progressed in position and responsibility. Today, Kevin is the Vice President of Operations, Central Texas and oversees all day-to-day operations of our Austin office. He achieves success through developing strong partnerships and building rapport with clients, architects, engineers and the members of his project teams.

Marty Garza serves as the Vice President of Operations – East Texas Region.
