Scope Of Work
Constructed on approximately 65 acres in Missouri City, TX, Ridge Point High School addressed the needs of the growing student population of Fort Bend Independent School District. The building, designed by PBK Architects, is based on the Magnolia High School floor plan and features a formal entryway flanked by the administration on one side and the library on the other. The main entry is protected by a controlled access security vestibule controlling assembly visitors entering the main high school. A fully-equipped Auditorium is located on the east end of the building with its own entry via the staff parking lot. The Athletics areas and Gymnasium are on the west side of the building. A very clean and direct pedestrian route leads to the fields from the athletic spaces so that there is no pedestrian conflict with through traffic from campus.
