Scope Of Work
The Larkspur Elementary Classroom Addition & Gym Replacement consisted of a 44,919 SF addition to the existing campus. Home of the Larkspur Leopards, the elementary school was founded in 1964 and was in need of a new gymnasium facility and classroom space to accommodate the growing needs of North East Independent School District. In addition to the new gymnasium and 21 general purpose classrooms, the project also included two music classrooms, conference rooms, teacher workrooms and storage rooms.
