Scope Of Work
Bartlett Cocke General Contractors constructed a new performing arts center for Bastrop Independent School District. Designed by Pfluger Architects, the Jerry Fay Wilhelm Center for the Performing Arts features a steel framed structure, composed of brick, stone and stucco veneer on CMU and metal studs.
The building includes a 1,500 seat auditorium; Stage; Black box; Green room; Dressing rooms; Offices, restrooms and other miscellaneous rooms; Theatrical equipment; Audio visual systems; Floor to wood structure curtain wall at lobby; Decorative hanging light fixture at lobby; Interior stone and brick columns and walls; and Large balcony
