The Sprouts Farmers Market was a 27,000 SF tenant improvement that incorporated their new prototype layout, which includes a redesigned sales floor layout and a new interior décor package. To accommodate the buildout of the new Sprouts, A.R. Mays Construction also performed the demolition and renovations to the existing retail center.
