Scope Of Work
Asa Carlton, Inc. has worked directly for Dollar Tree on new store buildouts and special projects throughout the country. In Q3 & Q4 of 2015, Asa Carlton, Inc. worked with a Dollar Tree and a Program Manager to successfully convert 34 stores throughout the United States from Family Dollar stores to Dollar Tree stores. Scopes of work included interior and exterior scopes and most of the work was completed utilizing our own crews.
