Our organization was created to fulfill the vision as unique as our underlying philosophy. Structured, appropriately, on project teams rather than on departments, groups of industry professionals from diverse backgrounds maintain project continuity. From the outset, our team will know the project in depth-understanding the objectives of the designer and the individual needs of the client.
Recognizing their divergent but complementary strengths, Randy Don Carlos and George Allen came together in February 2005 with a shared vision of a new kind of construction entity. Randy’s 10 years experience as an owner’s representative and 14 years in architectural practice gave him a thorough understanding of how a client and designer viewed a building project – their needs and objectives. George, with 25 years in general construction/construction management and project management knew first hand how to carry a project through to successful completion; be it a shopping center, hospital, or high rise office tower.
Their vision was of a firm whose expertise would add value to a project from the very moment of its inception all the way through to its successful occupancy. An organization in which the owner, the architect, the broker, the subcontractor – all players on the project team – could work with and depend on for information, guidance, and quality performance.
