Allright Construction, Inc. was established in 1993 by Owner and President Steven Martinez.  We are licensed as a General Contractor in the State of California with specialty licenses in Plumbing and Roofing. Allright Construction Inc., a Minority Business Enterprise & Small Disadvantage Business, is a certified 8(a) company by the Small Business Administration.
