Insite Construction, Inc. was founded by David B. Hernandez in 2009. With over 30 years of construction experience from the ground up, Insite Construction, Inc. can provide the insight needed to provide the client with direction and vision to develop and complete projects with confidence. David started in the field as a carpenter and moved up through the ranks of field management. After returning to school to acquire his Bachelor of Science Degree in the construction field, he continued progressing through the managerial ranks of the business and into executive positions in the industry. Founder David B. Hernandez has worked with globally recognized professionals within the industry on a variety of construction types over the years.
He has worked in conditions that have involved handling hazardous waste and included demolition, wood frame retrofit, structural steel, gunite construction and was even involved in constructing the largest skylight in the city of San Francisco. While working in the San Francisco Bay area, Hernandez also worked on a 500 room hotel retrofit and a renovation/addition of an existing auto dealership. Recently, Hernandez has managed the construction of over 2 million square feet of industrial concrete tilt-up structures including the tenant improvements.
Experienced in land acquisition, development, leasing, property management and sales, his diverse experience allows him to assist clients in all aspects of the industry. Insite Construction, Inc. can contribute to any construction or development project in the commercial, industrial, ecclesiastical, retail and residential market.
