C.W. Driver

As Chief Operating Officer, Brent is responsible for the operational oversight and client satisfaction, including contract negotiations, staffing, scheduling, financial controls, reporting, and close-out for all projects throughout California.

As Chief Financial Officer, Carl oversees all aspects of the company’s financial operations – including accounting, financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, tax, audit, and treasury – as well as management of financial risks.  With over 30 years of financial and management experience, including 18 years in the engineering consulting and construction management services industries, he is responsible for execution of the financial strategy supporting C.W. Driver’s growth and business plans, and providing leadership to the finance team.

As Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Dana maintains an active role in the day-to-day operations of C.W. Driver Companies. He has extensive experience in all aspects of the construction business including estimating, fieldwork and project management. Dana has devoted over 50 years to building the company while maintaining the founding principles of quality, workmanship and the commitment to client satisfaction.

As President, Karl is responsible for the administration and execution of all projects executed by C.W. Driver Companies. He has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry and throughout his career has focused on client satisfaction while building relationships that result in repeat business.

As Vice President of Corporate Services, Robb is responsible for internal and external support services including Information Technology, Human Resources, Training and Professional Development, Building Information Modeling (BIM), and Constructability Reviews. He ensures these services are in alignment with the companies’ strategic objectives and that services are delivered in compliance with their stated Service Level Agreements and Customer Satisfaction requirements.

As Senior Vice President of Estimating & Preconstruction, Steve is responsible for the estimating functions company-wide, which includes conceptual estimating, budgets, negotiated, hard bid, value engineering and design/build estimates.

As the Vice President of Operations, Hank provides management, oversight, and leadership for select projects throughout the San Diego region. Through his leadership and close interface with the project team, he ensures that the team has the necessary support and resources to meet all obligations and to provide the best experience possible.

As Vice-Chairman, Rich is responsible for operational oversight, including safety management and business plan initiatives for C.W. Driver Companies.

As the Vice President of Business Development & Corporate Communications, Jennifer works closely with the leadership team to guide the company’s marketing strategy and ensure business development goals are met.
