Scope Of Work
This outdoor concert arena features five 42-foot high steel tower sculptures that define a dynamic concert space in CityWalk’s main plaza. The first of its kind, “5 Towers” is the biggest and most advanced outdoor venue in the region. It was created for DJ performances, live musicians and light shows. A 31 x 24 foot permanent stage features a 26 x 14 foot LED monitor mounted above it. Motion capture devices project some concertgoers’ silhouettes on the wall behind the stage making the fans part of the show. Thousands of light fixtures around the stage and on the towers can be programmed to complement both live music and music videos. Underground weight sensors enable guests to control the volume of the towers and custom built acoustical panels are designed to keep sound waves in the arena and minimize echo elsewhere. Systems can be simply controlled from anywhere by an iPad.
