Dan has worked for C. Raymond Davis & Sons for over 25 years, initially overseeing the marketing department before progressively transitioning to his current role. As President & COO, Dan is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company, as well as stewarding CRD’s mission and values—a leadership position he doesn’t take lightly, though not without a few jokes involved. Dan is passionate about lifelong learning and seeking opportunities for the growth of CRD, both at the individual and corporate levels. Outside of his work responsibilities, he is actively involved with several Christian humanitarian relief and development organizations. He is an avid reader who enjoys spending time with his grandchildren and vacationing at the beach.

A third-generation Davis, Kyle has worked at C. Raymond Davis & Sons for over 40 years, beginning as a laborer during college breaks while his father, T. Raymond Davis, ran the family business. After receiving his degree in Business Administration from The King’s College, Kyle began working full-time in the accounting department, progressively transitioning to the role of Chief Financial Officer, then to his current role of Principal and Chief Executive Officer. Kyle is a dedicated leader committed to preserving the high standards of quality and service that have defined the company since its founding. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, vacationing in the Adirondacks, and tirelessly cheering on Philadelphia sports teams.

Mark has worked for C. Raymond Davis & Sons for over 13 years. Having begun his career as an architect, he possesses a unique perspective of both the design and building aspects of construction. Mark is responsible for overseeing all CRD project managers and superintendents, ultimately ensuring that our high standards of quality and safety are met on every project—a job he performs with endless enthusiasm and a keen eye for detail. His dynamic personality and depth of technical expertise make him an integral member of the CRD executive team. Mark is a diehard Eagles fan who enjoys spending time with his wife and two children and vacationing in the Outer Banks.

Russ is all about building long-lasting relationships. As Senior Vice President and head of Business Development, he is responsible for ensuring that the needs of our clients and business partners are met throughout the entirety of every project. He has worked for C. Raymond Davis & Sons for nearly 20 years. His easygoing nature and natural ability to make people feel welcome has earned him a highly regarded reputation both at C. Raymond Davis & Sons and in the business community. When he’s not at work, Russ can likely be found with a group of friends at an Eagles’ game, fishing, or camping with his wife and two children.
