Kris Arnold started his career in residential construction working as an apprentice while studying construction management at the College of Eastern Utah. After graduating, he moved to Traverse City and founded KA Construction in 2003. Kris prides himself on providing uncompromised craftsmanship and remarkable attention to detail. Combining Kris’ passion for excellence with outstanding customer service, KA Construction has become a competitive builder of custom homes in the greater Traverse City area.

Kris’ wife, Susan, is a Michigan native. She shares Kris’ enthusiasm for attention to detail and customer service and is involved in the office management side of KA Construction. Kris and Susan are proud to be owners of a family business and feel privileged to live in the picturesque Grand Traverse area.

KA Construction has won three awards in the Parade of Homes including the 2015 People’s Choice Best Overall. Kris is currently serving as a member of the Board of Directors for the Home Builders Association of the Grand Traverse Area. He is a certified installer for Andersen Windows & Doors, Azek and CertainTeed building products.
