I have developed a “niche” called value engineering. I started it by specifying and installing flooring for both private and public sectors. But there’s more to that description than meets the eye. Long before founding PAR Flooring as “mother& daughter team” in 1992, my love for was always a driving force in my work. Now after twenty two years, my extensive product knowledge combined with a strong sense grounded by a business mind helps my clients achieve their aesthetic wishes while staying within budget. My ability to grow our company into a multi-million dollar business comes from perseverance and dedication to each client - no matter what size project. Today we have evolved into TeamPAR, a strong team of professionals who share their expertise every day in the real estate industry from planning stages to finishing touches in decor. 

While I’m proud to succeed in a male-dominated profession, I have the most pride in saying that our company has always had a philosophy of “Caring is sharing” and donated in excess of $25,000 to local charities since our founding. As a member of CREW-NJ ( Real Estate Women-NJ), I expand my philanthropic efforts events that raise money and awareness to help women in the workforce. Every year since 2001, I have coordinated a holiday toy drive to benefit the Jersey Battered Women’s Shelter, which helps mothers who cannot afford to buy toys for the holidays. Yearly, roughly 400 children enjoy a happy holiday with our help. Over the years we have also helped The Seeing Eye, The Valerie Fund and The Deidre O’Brien Child Advocacy Center. I am honored to have received a number of awards and recognition for my work and philanthropic efforts.

My biggest satisfaction comes from knowing that after all these years we not only built a thriving business, but a strong professional family in Team PAR who share my values for commitment to our clients and caring for our community.

At school they called me a “social butterfly” and that stands true today. I love working at TeamPAR because here, we are truly a family. The environment is friendly, charitable and welcoming, and in my role here I get to spend the day working with a team I love and interacting with clients I truly enjoy. All of us at TeamPAR wear many hats. One of my main functions is to oversee project management for PARflooring and PARsolutions. I work closely with manufacturers'? representatives, architects, general contractors, construction managers & facility managers ensuring budgets, schedules and quality-control expectations are met. I am a material educator for our installers and clients alike. Solving problems and maximizing our clients' ROI is my specialty. I anticipate issues before they happen and manage client expectations from start to finish on every project. It starts with listening.... I am able to add value to any project I touch.

Although TeamPAR was established in 1992, I joined the team in 2006. Our value engineering practices deliver increased ROI while decreasing lifecycle costs. While we stay focused on increasing ROI for your project with detailed feasibility studies and maintenance cost analysis, we also handle all the details for turn-key renovation services. I, like all my team members at TeamPAR, am cross-trained and available to help every client at any phase of a project giving our clients the utmost attention.
