CM Plus, Inc.was founded in Memphis, Tennessee on January 1, 1996.  By melding experience from both the construction and design industries, we are able to deliver a complete package of professional services to the Owner.  Our strong understanding of design enables us to approach projects with the sensitivity necessary for the successful completion of any project.

CM Plus is a licensed General Contractor in Tennessee and Mississippi and has the in-house capabilities to perform complete Design Build services.  Our experience allows us to coordinate the complete project from site planning to final design and ultimately the completion of all construction. This ability not only allows us to expedite projects and reduce overall costs, but also promotes a level of quality that is rarely achieved.

Many of our repeat clients continue to rely on CM Plus for Construction Management and/or Owner Representation services.  Our experienced on-site personnel have produced an enviable track record of saving our clients time, money, and minimizing construction conflicts.
