Empire Development

Empire Development was established in 2000 by Micah Meredith. Micah worked on small projects through high school and recognized early that he wanted to make the work of residential and commercial construction his career. After receiving a degree in Building Trade and Building Construction from Alfred State College, Micah was well on his way to achieving his dream of owning his own construction company. Micah quickly established himself as someone who could be trusted and completed many projects in the world renowned cultural vacation community of Chautauqua Institution.

Today Empire Development is a well respected and reputable company with a staff that is educated, diversely experienced and skilled. Empire Development is serious about being professional in how we deal with our customers and building projects. We are aware of the world in which we live, by promoting products which are renewable and sustainable.
