Scope Of Work

This project included a 120,000-square-foot vertical bed-tower addition to the north tower and a 6,500-square-foot addition and renovation to the hospital cafeteria.

Also included was a 432,114-square-foot, ten-level parking deck which added 1,271 parking spaces to the hospital campus.

This project added two operating rooms (one hybrid OR and one renovated OR), a renovated post-anesthesia care unit and pre-op, upgraded finishes in the sterile corridor, renovations to the GFS waiting room, and a new solarium.
