Scope Of Work
This six-story, 92,252-square-foot hotel, located in the center of downtown Savannah, offers guests three function rooms, a fitness room, dining room, wine bar, and a 2,200-square-foot terrace with a pool, private cabanas, and a fire pit.
Each room or suite features high-end finishes such as spa-inspired bathrooms with walk-in showers and gourmet refreshment bars.
The concrete and metal stud-framed structure has an exterior finish of stucco, masonry veneer, and cast stone with a single-ply membrane roof.
Recipient of the Construction Management Association of America, 2010 Dave Borchers Memorial Award and Best New Construction Award, Over $100 million category.
Recipient of Siemens’ 2010 Smartest Building in America Award.
