Regis Etzel's Bio
Regis Etzel is the owner of Etzel Engineer and Build Inc. Rege has
more than 30 years of leadership and engineering experience in the
construction industry.
Rege began his career in the field as a laborer for his
family’s masonry construction. He became a registered union
electrician in 1984 after serving a four-year apprenticeship and
on-the-job training program. In 1986, he started his first company. He
performed residential, commercial, and light industrial electrical
construction. During this ten-year period, Rege obtained a solid,
hands-on understanding of building construction.
After several years, Rege obtained his Pennsylvania
Professional Engineers. As a Designer/ Engineer, Rege led electrical
design efforts on various commercial, healthcare, and high-tech
projects. In 2007, Rege founded Etzel Engineer and Build Inc. Since
its inception, Etzel has completed over 80 million dollars worth of
design and construction work for over twenty clients in at least ten states.

Scott Gracie's Bio
Scott is Vice President and the lead Project Manager at Etzel Engineer and Build Inc., having over 25 years of contracting experience and a decade of management experience. He is responsible for project development, estimating, quality control, budget control, scheduling and client fulfillment. He also contributes to the overall administrative direction and strategies of the company.
Scott has also led companies and municipalities as a construction manager. His responsibilities were to advise and assist the owners in project development, design, project procurement and management of the construction operations. Scott is married and has three children.

Jerry Woods's Bio
Jerry has more than 30 years of experience in the built world. He
began his career with various Architectural and Engineering consulting firms.
He was a professional adjustor for insurance claims, including
several years in Mississippi helping in the Hurricane Katrina recovery effort.
He worked as an estimator and project manager for a general
contractor in Ohio, then worked on estimating and project management
database programs for major clients including Nestle and Ohio Paving Corporation.
Jerry has held many licenses and certifications, including a
license to work as a general contractor in the state of Mississippi.
He is proficient in Autocad and estimating programs including Sage 300.
He joined Etzel in 2019.
Operations
Andrew Bajuszik's Bio
Andy Bajuszik is a Project Manager with Etzel Engineer and Build,
Inc. and brings over 12 years of commercial construction experience to
the Etzel Team.
During college, Andy formally got his start in the commercial
construction industry, working as an intern for a General Contractor.
Since his graduation from Slippery Rock University, he has worked full
time in the commercial construction industry. Andy is directly
involved in the estimating, procurement, coordination, scheduling and
documentation of the projects he manages. He has successfully
completed project’s using various construction delivery methods, such
as Design Bid Build, Design Build, Hard Bid, and Construction Manager
with a Guaranteed Maximum Price.
Andy has his OSHA 30 certification and is a LEED Accredited
Professional. Andy is an avid outdoor adventure enthusiast, who enjoys
running, cycling, backpacking, and skiing. He is married with three children.
Brian Stoltenburg's Bio
Brian Stoltenburg joined Etzel as a project manager in 2019.
Brian brings 20 years of construction experience, from
ground-up to renovation of existing structures.
He started in his family’s construction business as a laborer.
He first gained experience estimating and in project management,
before starting his own construction company.
Brian has worked on federal and state projects, as well as
municipal, educational, light industrial, commercial and residential.
Brian is a proud father and husband who loves to cook and
enjoys the company of his family and friends.
As an avid musician, he plays the guitar, banjo and mandolin.
Christine Schuster's Bio
Christine takes responsibility for processing purchase orders, subcontracts and change orders for the Etzel projects; along with setting up the job sites with utilities and equipment to begin the project.
Christine has 27 years of experience in construction administration and management. Proficient in construction management related software systems. She has coordinated the purchase of complex purchase orders and arranged timely delivery for Etzel construction projects throughout the country. Christine manages Etzel's Procore software, keeping records updated as companies change personnel or location.
She worked previously as an assistant project manager for an equipment supply company and is a graduate of Clarion University of Pennsylvania.
Christine Schuster
Lucas Farnsworth's Bio
Lucas is a graduate Mechanical Engineer. Since joining Etzel Engineer and Build, Inc., Lucas has become a key member of our cable networking/telecommunications team. He is responsible for adhering to client standards and details, and he has taken the lead on design/installation of DC wiring distribution systems. Lucas is involved in estimating, material buyouts, day-to-day scheduling of the project, writing MOPs, managing safe-time events, and managing subcontractors. Lucas is also an accomplished pianist and guitarist and had an internship as an assistant audio engineer for a music producer in London, England.

Richard Conlon's Bio
Richard Conlon is the controller at Etzel with deep financial
knowledge and over 30 years of experience in the construction industry.
For over 30 years he has served in various financial roles for
contractors in specialty trades, heavy highway and general contracting.
Previous to joining Etzel he was CFO for a mid-sized regional
general contractor in Western Pennsylvania. He joined Etzel in 2016.
Tina Powell 's Bio
Tina is responsible for work done in accounting including accounts payable and human resources at Etzel. She has 32 years of experience in accounting.
Prior to joining Etzel, she was a senior accountant at a software service and development company and a healthcare service company.
