Scope Of Work
This multi-phased project included 17,000 overall sf, with a 12,000 sf data center. This project included design services (architectural, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and structural engineering) and full construction services. System installations included 540 tons of N+1 air conditioning, multi-zoned FE-25 fire protection, (4) 750 kW generators, and multiple 625 kVA UPS units with (16) 225 kVA PDU units, all installed in an A/B Buss configuration. The project also required 24" raised floor.
