Erickson was hired as Construction Manager for the renovation and relocation of a 400-student charter middle school, from 1209 Vine Street to its new home.
The move required renovation of an existing hospital laundry facility into finished classrooms, laboratories, and administrative office space, including a cafeteria and gymnasium.
