Dennis has spent over 25 years in financial management in the Greater Philadelphia area. He oversees all the accounting, financial, and human resources activities for the company. He chairs the Safety committee and became a principal in 2020.

Mike has been a loyal team member of Erickson since 1987 and a right-hand man to brothers Mike and Charlie over the years. Mike grew with the company and assumed roles over time as Project Manager and Field Superintendent. Eventually in 2005 he was appointed as Vice President of Construction. Mike not only oversees all Project Management and Field Staff, but serves as Project Executive when complex constructability issues and demanding schedules require his expertise. Mike’s technical construction knowledge, attention to detail and analytical capabilities enable him to break down project tasks to produce realistic schedules and identify key constructability factors early, which in turn ensure the timeliest and most cost-effective project delivery. Mike’s personable demeanor results in establishing close long-term relationships with all his clients and project teams time and time again. Mike graduated from Temple University with a degree in Building Construction, Civil Engineering, and Construction Technology.

Mike is a native of Springfield, PA and with his wife has raised his 3 daughters in the community. He enjoys golfing and spending time with his newest granddaughter, Ava.

Mike assumed co-ownership of C. Erickson & Sons in 1986, alongside his brother Charlie as Executive Vice President. Together over the past 30 years, they have formed and deepened long-standing client relationships and have grown Erickson to the company it is today. While beginning his career as a Project Manager shortly after graduating from Spring Garden College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Engineering, Mike eventually assumed the marketing and business development responsibilities for the company. He continues to nurture client relationships by serving as Principal-in-Charge for some of the company’s most complex and high profile projects, as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company.

He currently serves on the Board of the GBCA and is a member of The Union League of Philadelphia and The Carpenter’s Company. Mike enjoys playing golf, vacationing with his family, and serving as an Elder in the Cresheim Valley Church of Chestnut Hill.

Dan leads the estimating department and applies his almost 20 years of industry knowledge to his role. He has established strong relationships with trade contractors ensuring Erickson clients have access to the most competitive pricing.

Mark has been a member of the Erickson team since 1998. He excels at providing comprehensive and complete preconstruction budgets at all phases of design and construction, ensuring the most accurate budgeting, value engineering, and cost control through the GMP process.

Andreina has almost 10 years of experience in Operations and Business Development in the Construction industry. She joined Erickson in 2014 to lead the Business Development and Marketing Efforts for the company. After beginning her construction career as a Project Engineer and eventually Project Manager, Andreina recognized her propensity for strategic thinking and relationship building and turned to Business Development. Her technical understanding of the construction process and perspective taking ability are key assets in helping Erickson strengthen existing relationships and form new long-term relationships with clients.

Andreina serves as Co-Chair of Sponsorship for CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Philadelphia and as Secretary and Board Member of Congreso de Latinos Unidos, a non-profit serving the Latino community. She is also a past Board Member of the Philadelphia chapters of SMPS (Society for Marketing Professional Services) and IFMA (International Facilities Management Association).

Andreina is a LEED Accredited Professional (AP) and a Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM). She holds a Master of Arts Degree in Childhood Education Research from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of Miami.

Andreina is a passionate cyclist and enjoys road and mountain bike racing and long distance rides. When not on her bike she can be found running with her whippet, Dash, on the trails or in the city.

John climbed the ranks from Laborer to Carpenter Foreman to Superintendent and has now served as General Superintendent for over 10 years. He oversees all field staff and self-performed work, as well as maintains Erickson’s safety-first culture.
