Scope Of Work
University of the Arts contracted Erickson to perform preconstruction and construction services for their campus wide master plan to renovate its current facilities and expand its already large presence around Philadelphia’s vibrant Avenue of the Arts.
The University’s campus wide program currently includes a total of 16 projects in 6 separate buildings over four years (2018 – 2022).
