Scope Of Work
The project consisted of both preconstruction services and construction of a 100,000 SF renovation of a four floor restack for this prestigious Center City law firm. Renovations included upgrades to offices, new cafes, and the extension of a communicating stair between the floors.
New glass windows and glass wall systems were installed to increase daylight in the perimeter offices. The conference center received upgraded features including custom millwork, stone and glass fabrications, and skyfold and telescoping glass partitions that allow its use as one continuous space or as individual conference rooms.
