Scope Of Work
The project includes 220,000 square feet of corporate office space at the newly branded “Jefferson Center”. The renovated space houses of?ces for approximately 860 employees, and contains meeting and conference facilities, production studio, executive suites, ?tness center, training rooms, catering pantries and employee eating areas. Erickson also re?nished a communicating stair with new glass rail.
