Scope Of Work
Erickson provided preconstruction and construction services for the expansion and fit-out of 50,000 SF on the 44th and 45th Floors at One Liberty Place. Scope included new carpet, flooring, paint and lighting as well as reconfiguration of offices and creation of a new training room.
