Bill Brouhard's Bio
A Chico State graduate and resident since 1979, Bill Brouhard has been involved in the planning, entitlement and development of many of Butte County’s largest mixed use residential, office and industrial real estate projects.
Mr. Brouhard has been an active and effective advocate for the real estate industry for over 35 years promoting quality planning, responsible land use policies, job growth and progressive economic development programs and initiatives in Chico and Butte County.
Guillon-Brouhard Commercial Real Estate specializes in industrial leasing, turn-key office and industrial facilities and management of large scale mixed use land planning, entitlement and development projects in and beyond Butte County. Mr. Brouhard’s efforts and those of his development partner Doug Guillon, helped to foster an environment which has created over $80 Million Dollars of private investment in Chico, creating jobs and stimulating the local economy.
As a Supervisorial appointee, Bill served as a Director of the Butte County Economic Development Corporation (BEDC) where his leadership helped craft the County’s Job Creation Plan. He also served on the Board of Directors for the Chico Economic Planning Corporation (CEPCO), including its Executive, Job Creation and special project Committees.
Bill is a former Director on the Board of the Butte Community Builders Association (BCBA) and Board of Directors (Vice Chair) for the Chico Chamber of Commerce, including it’s Executive Committee and 5 Star Corporation.
In 2008 Bill was given the “Business Advocate of the Year” award by the Chico Chamber of Commerce; Certificate of Recognition by State of California 4th District Senator Sam Aanestad, and Certificate of Special Congressional Recognition by 2nd Congressmen Wally Herger. Over the years, his extensive volunteer commitment to improving the physical and economic environment has been a meaningful contribution to the northstate community.
Within respective real estate partnerships Bill serves as the development partner responsible for planning and deal structuring, feasibility analysis, business negotiations and agreements and organizing individual projects to accommodate the needs and objectives of the client and capital partner(s).
As of 2016 Mr. Brouhard provides consulting services for selected Clients while continuing involvement as principal in major industrial projects, land development projects and large scale master planned communities.
Bill is happily married to Sherri Lee Brouhard, with two boys Rio (age 6)and Schyler (age 7).
Douglas J. Guillon 's Bio
Douglas J. Guillon has been involved in real estate brokerage since 1977 and real estate development since 1979. Office and Industrial real estate transactions, partnerships, brokerage and development is generally performed in conjunction with Mr. Guillon’s corporation, Guillon Inc. Mr. Guillon oversees all facets of real estate operations including acquisition, development, leasing and sales of industrial properties. Mr. Guillon’s development entity, Guillon Inc. Construction, performs all construction of buildings and land development.
Doug is generally credited with “putting Chico on the map” in terms of Economic Development. As a founding father of Chico Economic Development Corp., Mr. Guillon and his associates assisted the city of Chico in creating an aggressive business recruiting program, resulting in seven new companies relocating to Chico in a two year period. Mr. Guillon remains active in community affairs and as a founding member sits on the Board of Directors of Golden Valley Bank.
Jennifer Slinkard 's Bio
As a licensed California Realtor, Jennifer has worked in Property Management since 2005 and became part owner of Guillon Slinkard Property Management in 2008. Jennifer is organized and efficient professional who oversees each property in her portfolio with keen attention to detail and a focus on each client's best interest. Jennifer takes pride in and enjoys working with her tenants and owners of the buildings and properties she manages. This commitment establishes a relationship with her clients that is vital to a successful experience.
Jennifer is married with one child and is always looking forward to the next opportunity to travel and ski.

Jake Morley's Bio
Jake Morley bringings over 12 years of governmental planning and project review experience, most recently with the City of Chico to the Guillon Inc. team. He has worked on a wide variety of projects, with a strong background of public policy, technical analysis, land use permitting and California Environmental Quality Act compliance. Mr. Morley received his undergraduate degree from Sonoma State University in Environmental Studies and Planning and enjoys challenging projects and creating a win-win environment. Jake is married with three children.

Steve Honeycutt's Bio
With over 35 years in a variety of development roles, Steve brings a strong background of construction, land planning, design and project management, and project entitlements to Guillon Inc.
Mr. Honeycutt initially started his construction background working for his father, managing a concrete crew at the young age of 16 and gaining experience in all facets. Subsequently he has managed the development and construction of multi-phased mixed-us communities, numerous concrete tilt-up industrial and commercial buildings, apartment projects, single family residential subdivisions and shopping centers.
Steve has managed site feasibility analysis, project design, entitlements and construction for corporate clients including Electronic Data Systems, Home Depot, Rite Aids, to name a few. Mr. Honeycutt has completed projects for private developers on numerous buildings, apartment complexes, residential subdivisions and shopping centers as well as public agencies.
For the last several years he has directed development projects in Ukiah, including crafting and implementing planning and development of the Ukiah Depot Site for the North Coast Railroad Authority and facilitating the sale of the site for the new Mendocino County Superior Court Complex. He has demonstrated an ability to build consensus on projects that involve public and private interests including master plans, area specific plans, soil groundwater pollution remediation programs and other complex challenges. Mr. Honeycutt believes that on-going honest and open communication is the key for any project to be accepted by the community and ultimately successful.
