“The owner, Brian and the Office Manager, Kim contacted me within a few hours. It would have been sooner but I did not make the request until almost 5 pm. Brian answered all of my questions and had the unit I requested in stock. I spoke to him on Friday morning and his salesman who also was awesome was at my house measuring that night. The system was installed on Tuesday and the guys were great. The heat pump was a little bit more expensive than the other quotes I received but the service was excellent so I will definitely recommend Cool Breeze to anyone.
