Scope Of Work
Edger Enterprises purchased this 5-acre parcel to construct an office headquarters building in Big Flats, New York. Edger Enterprises led the design-build process by hiring the architectural and engineering teams and collaborating with several subcontractors to design and construct other building components. We also served as the General Contractor for the project.
During our sitework phase of the project, we incorporated as many mature trees as possible into the landscaping design. Through selective cutting and careful tree protection during construction, we constructed a site that blends well with the natural settings of the area.
Edger Enterprises continues to maintain the building with a variety of tenant services including snowplowing, lawn and landscape maintenance, and supplemental interior maintenance services.
