Edger Enterprises of Elmira Inc.

Edger Enterprises began as Edger Contracting as a small family-run business specializing in residentialsitework and concrete sidewalk projects.  Bob Edger launched Edger Contracting in 1976 on Davis Street in the City of Elmira from a 200 square foot rented office space.  Putting her years of prior business experience to work, Bob’s wife, Mary, performed all the accounting, banking, tax, and payroll functions for the company.  Fifteen years later, in 1994, Bob and Mary turned over Edger Contracting to their children, Jodi and Jessica Edger, and Edger Enterprises was born. 

Today, Edger Enterprises, Inc. is a full service General Contractor operating from our 7,400 square foot headquarter building, centrally located in Elmira Heights. Our 13,000 square foot maintenance shop services our heavy equipment and trucks for the sitework division.
