Scope Of Work
Dunn Building Company was the design-build contractor for this 6,824 SF facility for Pediatric Doctor's Offices. The project entailed combining of two existing locations of three Doctors each into a single facility. Dunn selected a pre-engineered metal building with brick veneer. The facility included 4 Doctor Offices, 16 exam rooms, separate "sick" and "well" waiting rooms, centrally located lab space, 4 nurses stations, 1 practice managers office, 2 insurance consultion/processing offices, 4 patient toilet facilities, 2 staff toilet facilities, large break/meeting room, minimum of 50 parking spaces. This project was delivered in just eleven months.
