Scope Of Work
D.F. Pray is under construction of this 130-unit apartment building with 114,400 sq. ft. of residential units above 7,500 sq. ft. of retail space and on grade parking for 69 cars. The site is a collection of three occupied parcels located in the Allston Village neighborhood of Boston. A masonry, metal, fiber cement and glass building of multiples scales faces the commercial corridor with six stories, stepping down to three stories along existing residential streets. The building is designed as a collection of buildings along each of the three streets with distinct materials and window patterns.
