Scope Of Work
D.F. Pray provided Construction Management Services for the redevelopment of an existing circa 1916, 115,000 sq. ft., four story building used for light industrial use. The building was renovated and modernized to be suitable for marketing as “loft style” office space. The resulting building configuration is approximately 139,500 enclosed sq. ft. over five stories and also includes extensive roof terrace spaces on the 4th level, 5th level, and the roof above the 5th level. Project scope highlights include all new windows, roof, core and lobby areas, new elevators, restrooms, new HVAC systems, new electric distribution, new plumbing system, and new roof terraces.
