Scope Of Work
D.F. Pray is serving as the RCC for 7-Eleven in Manhattan. As part of 7-Eleven?s expansion program, D.F. Pray provides full consulting services from site evaluation through completion, including acting as the General Contractor. Each new retail location is unique and D.F. Pray assists with the custom layout required for every different New York lease space.
