Scope Of Work
This project required site selection / review / purchase / Design-Build / Operations open and stabilized… then a sale. Brexton’s principal led this opportunity on the Daily 100,000+ Car Count at the I-70 / 256 corridor.
The vision that led this project from dirt to sale in a record amount of months was the tenacity of Brexton’s leadership.
