Scope Of Work

The project at 1480 Hollywood Drive included renovations and additions to Anne’s childhood home to update and expand the space within the two story bungalow style house. The intent was to maintain the character and detail of the home while adding modern amenities, including an open kitchen, three bedrooms and a master bath. The final design opened the first floor to create a generous family kitchen and preserved the original living and dining areas that held many of Anne’s fond memories.
