Based on feedback from our General Contractors, we now provide a new option in ONETEAM – The Custom Plan Room.
The Blue Book Building and Construction Network is a leading document management and distribution service provider. Based on feedback from our General Contractors, we now provide a new option in ONETEAM – The Custom Plan Room.
On the "Project Details" screen, you now have the option to select a Custom Plan Room, which will enable you to create unlimited folders with personalized labels. Just drag and drop a zipped file of labeled folders and within seconds your ONETEAM plan room will be organized your way.
To improve the subcontractors' experience, we added the ability to download all the plan room files with one click. This will engage more subs on your project and provide them with all the files they need to prepare a complete and better bid.
