When an invited vendor enters a project now, and they click that are “Bidding” a project, they will be asked to type out what trades (“Scope of Work”) they are interested in bidding. If the vendor chooses “Not Bidding”, they will be asked to type out “why they are NOT interested in bidding”. This will help GC’s not only on their current projects but also in their vendor selection in the future.
