Scope Of Work
Remove the existing roof, abandoned equipment, & deck, and dispose of offsite.
Install new 20 ga B deck, mechanically fastened.
Install 6 Mil Poly Vapor Barrier, Taped at Joints.
Install 2 layers of 2” Polyisocyanurate insulation, tapered insulation, and ½” HD polyiso coverboard, mechanically fastened thru all layers.
Install .060 Reinforced EPDM, fully adhered in bonding adhesive.
Flash all projections & penetration thru roof, per manufacturer’s approved details.
Install new coping and extender, to lock in perimeter of roof.
Provide 20 year system warranty upon completion.
Provide and install new exterior steel caged access ladder.
