Scope Of Work
878,264 sf Warehouse on 49.2 acres with 35,000 sf of office
Former Super Fund site
Converted landfill was transformed into a build to suit for two tenants
o Peapod e-commerce
o Imperial Bag & Paper
Included pre-construction services, building and site construction
Specialized Brownfield Redevelopment including liner and under slab ventilation systems
Building is supported by a “Controlled Modulus Column” foundation system (CMC’s)
Project Funding included NJ HUB Tax Credit Program, Grow NJ, UEZ. Our scope included coordinating with these program requirements.
